We are pleased to announce that we are under contract for two additional group homes. One home is in Fords, a subsection of Woodbridge, and the other is in Piscataway.
Once these purchases are closed within the next forty five to sixty days, we will have purchased five of the nine homes needed to complete our project to downsize 154 Front Street! We are hopeful that all nine will be purchased and up and running by the middle of 2015.
We have completed most of the renovations needed to open our new South Plainfield group home, Woodland Avenue Group Home. However, we are waiting on information from the local water company needed to complete the plans for the installation of the required sprinkler system there. Hopefully, we will open this program prior to or on May 1, 2014.
