Happy Holidays from all of us at Keystone! We wish the very best for all our families and friends and the happiest of New Years.
As 2013 rapidly comes to a close and we are all crazy in the midst of holiday shopping, we’ve also been hard at work with our community expansion. We have recently opened up Lawrence Avenue Group Home in North Plainfield and moved four individuals to their new home. They and their parents are quite excited about their new home.
We have also purchased a home in South Plainfield on Woodland Avenue. Renovations to fit the specifications we need are getting underway soon.
We further more have officially closed Union Apartment and the renovations to that space are currently underway to create new offices, a cafeteria and the new space for the Vocational Program.
2013 was a good year for us and for those we serve and support. It was full of big changes that were both scary and exciting, but ultimately in the best interest of our individuals.
